  3. Ah yes, a word I learned very early on with my partner. ‘ Come and kutch,’ he said. Well, that’s what I thought he said. And, ‘Kutch by me’. As for the dogs, ‘Kutch down’.

    But only after reading you blogs did I learn how to spell it! Figures.

      I don’t suppose you had many reasons to try an spell it though. You wouldn’t have been writing it to anyone. Now you can use it to your partner and know the proper meaning and call him for a cwtch.

  5. I love this word, David. Our dog, Toby, has a pillow in his dog basket which has the word Cwtch on it.

    I also love the saying “It’s tamping down”. Do you use that one at all?
